Most of the time, there’s nothing we need you to send us, as we have all the data we need to give you a good chance of getting a reduction. Only two situations occur that require your input…
- Recent purchase. If you purchased the home in the last 12 months and paid less than the county’s appraised value for your home, we need a copy of your closing/settlement statement
- Major repairs. If you are facing MAJOR repairs (roof replacement, foundation issues, etc), we need a contractor’s official estimate for each major repair. Photos can help too.
